Anti-CHST2 Antibody

A Golgi-resident carbohydrate sulfotransferase antibody raised in rabbit hosts provides selective detection of CHST2 in immunoblotting workflows. The polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is unconjugated and reacts with both human and mouse CHST2 (Entrez Gene 9435 / 54371; UniProt Q9Y4C5), an enzyme that transfers sulfate from PAPS to the 6-hydroxyl of N-acetylglucosamine residues on glycoproteins and glycolipids.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) application, the antiserum supports studies of sulfotransferase expression in lymphoid tissue, inflamed high endothelial venules, and primary cell models of leukocyte recruitment via L-selectin ligand biosynthesis. Supplied as 200 µl of polyclonal serum, this primary antibody enables researchers to probe CHST2 protein levels in Jurkat, A549, COLO, and similar cell line lysates under reducing SDS-PAGE conditions.
