Anti-CHRNG Antibody

Anti-CHRNG polyclonal antibody is a rabbit-derived IgG reagent from Antibodies.com, supplied unconjugated and validated for western blot applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 328–517 of human CHRNG (NP_005190.4), and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein migrates at 60 kDa and is also known as the gamma subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. The manufacturer-recommended western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The concentration is reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
