Anti-CHRNB2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CHRNB2, the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor beta 2 subunit. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Generation of the reagent used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 340-430 of human CHRNB2 (NP_000739.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target migrates at 50 - 52 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Validated for Western blot at dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000 and additionally listed for IHC application, the reagent is intended for detection of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor beta 2 across human, mouse, and rat samples.
