Anti-CHRNA7 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CHRNA7, also known as Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor alpha 7, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 23–230 of human CHRNA7 (NP_001177384.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 53 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
