Anti-CHRNA5 Antibody

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 23-240 of human CHRNA5 (NP_000736.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. A working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended for Western blot. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
