Anti-CHRNA4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor alpha 4 (CHRNA4), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–242 of human ACHA4 (P43681). The reagent is presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot-specific.
