Anti-CHRNA3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CHRNA3, the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor alpha 3 subunit, is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for use with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 32–240 of human CHRNA3 (NP_000734.2) and recognises the target at its expected molecular weight of 57 kDa. The reagent has been affinity purified and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
