Anti-CHRNA10 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CHRNA10, offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 25-240 of human CHRNA10 (NP_065135.2). This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:200-1:1,000. The reported molecular weight of the target is 45 kDa. Concentration is lot specific; the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
