Anti-CHP2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CHP2 (Calcineurin B homologous protein 2), a ~22 kDa EF-hand calcium-binding protein implicated in Na⁺/H⁺ exchange regulation and overexpressed in several transformed cell lines. The reagent is offered as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% (≈0.05%) sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by antigen-affinity chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen, the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) work on endogenous CHP2 in human, mouse and rat samples, with cross-reactivity across all three species.
