Anti-CHOP (K121) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of CHOP. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of the CHOP protein. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human CHOP, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 19,27 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
