Anti-CHMP6 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CHMP6, also referred to as VPS20. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG, supplied as a liquid preparation that has been validated in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications [C0][S1].

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 111–200 of human CHMP6 (NP_078867.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa [S1]. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; the concentration is reported as lot specific [S1]. Reactivity is documented for human and mouse samples [S1].
