Anti-CHMP2A Antibody

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The product is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-222 of human CHMP2A (NP_055268.1). Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000.
