Anti-Chk2 (Phospho-Thr68) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Chk2 (Phospho-Thr68) and is supplied unconjugated. According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody detects endogenous levels of Chk2 protein only when phosphorylated at T68. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Chk2 around the phosphorylation site of T68.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is provided at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
