Anti-Chk2 (phospho-T68) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Chk2 when phosphorylated at Threonine 68. The unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk2 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 68, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Chk2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr68. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 62 kDa.
