Anti-Chk2 (phospho-T432) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Chk2 phosphorylated at Threonine 432, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot. The immunogen was a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk2 around the phosphorylation site of Thr432, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CHK2 protein when phosphorylated at Thr432. It reacts with Human and Rat samples.

The reagent is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 62 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.
