Anti-Chk2 (phospho-T387) Antibody

It was raised in Rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk2 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 387, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CHK2 protein when phosphorylated at Thr387. The protein target has a molecular weight of ~ 62 kDa.
