Anti-Chk2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Chk2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and was produced in rabbit, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation applications.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full length human Chk2, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Chk2 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 62 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
