Anti-Chk2 (Ab-68) Antibody

Supplied through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Chk2 around the threonine 68 phosphorylation site, and it recognises endogenous levels of total Chk2 protein. The antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; the immunoglobulin fraction is Rabbit IgG, unconjugated.
