Anti-Chk1 (R323) Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody is directed against the R323 epitope of Chk1 (Checkpoint Kinase 1), the serine/threonine kinase that mediates the DNA damage response and enforces S-phase and G2/M cell-cycle checkpoints. The unconjugated preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH ~7.2, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative, and is packaged as a 50 µl vial. The antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on formalin-fixed tissue and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling laboratories to localize endogenous Chk1 expression in cell-cycle, replication-stress, and ATM/ATR signaling studies.
