Anti-Chk1 (phospho-S345) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Chk1 phosphorylated at Serine 345. Supplied unconjugated, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 345, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser345. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 56 kDa.
