Anti-Chk1 (phospho-S317) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a polyclonal antibody targeting Chk1 when phosphorylated at Serine 317. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 317. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser317, with a target molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE.
