Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting Chk1 when phosphorylated at Serine 280. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Chk1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 280. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser280. The predicted molecular weight is ~ 56 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. One scientific validation image is available.
