Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises Chk1 (N311) and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 291–340 of human Chk1. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The reported molecular weight is ~56 kDa.
