Anti-Chk1 (K274) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Chk1 (K274). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 251-300 of human Chk1. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of Chk1 protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
