Anti-Chikungunya (CHIKV-Env) Antibody

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the Chikungunya Virus and is supplied as a purified, unconjugated reagent. Of the IgG2b, kappa isotype and produced in mouse host, it is validated for ELISA and is also suitable for Lateral Flow assays, with in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use.

Generation of the antibody employed recombinant Chikungunya Virus Envelope Protein as immunogen, and the product shows no cross-reactivity with Dengue, Zika, YFV, WNV, TBV, or JEV. It is purified to greater than 90% and formulated in 15 mM Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.2, with 0.85% NaCl. It is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage keep at 4°C, while long-term storage requires aliquoting and storing at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
