Anti-Chikungunya (CHIKV-Env) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Chikungunya Virus (CHIKV-Env) and is supplied as a purified, unconjugated reagent intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use.

It is raised in mouse, is of the IgG1, kappa isotype, and is validated for ELISA. The antibody was generated against recombinant Chikungunya Virus Envelope Protein and shows no cross-reactivity with Dengue, Zika, Yellow Fever Virus (YFV), West Nile Virus (WNV), Tick-Borne Virus (TBV), or Japanese Encephalitis Virus (JEV).

Purity is greater than 90%. The formulation is 15 mM Potassium Phosphate Buffer at pH 7.2 with 0.85% NaCl. The product is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage keep at 4°C, and for long-term storage aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
