Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CHIA is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of CHIA protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent is supported by one scientific validation image. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full-length human CHIA, and the target protein migrates at approximately 52 kDa.
Supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
