Description
This Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CHIA is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. It is raised in Rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of CHIA protein via an immunogen corresponding to recombinant full length Human CHIA.
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a quoted purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 52 kDa. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is supplied unconjugated for flexibility in assay design.
