Anti-CHI3L1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against CHI3L1 (also referred to as YKL-40, GP-39, hCGP-39, CGP-39, or Chitinase-3-like protein 1) and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size. The antibody is unconjugated and is provided at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was generated by immunizing rabbits with a recombinant human CHI3L1 protein and was subsequently purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, yielding a reagent that detects the endogenous total level of the target. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), giving flexibility across lysate-, cell- and tissue-based workflows. Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, supporting broad use in standard laboratory models.
