Anti-CHI3L1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against YKL-40/CHI3L1 and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, with five scientific images available. The target protein shows an observed molecular weight in the range of 30 – 45 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–220 of human YKL-40/CHI3L1 (UniProt P36222), and concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
