Anti-CHGB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets CHGB (Chromogranin B) and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human CHGB (NP_001810.2). It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and has been affinity purified. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa.

The recommended WB dilution range is 1:100–1:500. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is associated with this product.
