Anti-CHGA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Chromogranin A (CHGA), a granin-family glycoprotein widely used as a marker of neuroendocrine differentiation. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of human chromogranin A (parathyroid secretory protein 1) and is supplied as an unconjugated rabbit IgG in a 100 µL format at approximately 1.2 mg/mL in pH 7.4 PBS containing 0.05% NaN₃ and 40% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total CHGA protein. Recommended workflow involves aliquoting upon arrival, storage at –20 °C, and avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve activity.
