Anti-CHERP Antibody

CHERP (Calcium Homeostasis Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein) is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear and cytoplasmic factor involved in intracellular calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum and in regulation of U2 snRNA maturation within the spliceosome. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is provided as a 100 µL vial. Polyclonal antibodies recognize multiple epitopes along the target, increasing the chance of detecting full-length CHERP across the three reactive species listed.
