Anti-CHEK2 (phospho T68) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Chk2 phosphorylated at Thr68 and has been validated for Western Blot applications, reacting with human samples. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T68 of human Chk2 (NP_009125.1), corresponding to the sequence region VSTQE. The target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended Western Blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
