Anti-CHEK2 (phospho S33 + S35) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes CHEK2 only when phosphorylated at serine 33 and serine 35, two autophosphorylation sites in the N-terminal SQ/TQ cluster domain that are modified by ATM in response to DNA double-strand breaks. Because the reagent detects the activated kinase rather than total protein, it is used to monitor checkpoint engagement after ionizing radiation, topoisomerase inhibition, or replication stress. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as 200 µl and supports western blot detection of phosphorylated CHEK2 in human cell lysates, facilitating studies of tumor suppressor function, hereditary cancer predisposition, and cell cycle checkpoint signaling.
