CHEK2 (Checkpoint Kinase 2) is a key effector of the DNA damage response pathway, activated through ATM-dependent phosphorylation at threonine 68 following genotoxic stress. This unconjugated polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbit, is supplied by Antibodies.com in a 100 µL vial format and is validated for immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and western blot workflows. The reagent detects CHEK2 in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational studies that span cell line panels, rodent disease models, and patient-derived tissue. Applications include probing G1/S and G2/M checkpoint control, p53 stabilization, and homologous recombination signaling in cancer biology and DNA repair research.
