Anti-CHEK1 (phospho S345) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises Chk1 when phosphorylated at Serine 345 (CHEK1 phospho S345). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S345 of human Chk1 (NP_001265.2). The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
