Anti-CHEK1 (phospho S317) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Chk1 phosphorylated at Ser317. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, validated for Western blot (WB), and reactive with human samples. The antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography, with one scientific validation image available.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding S317 of human Chk1, and the target protein migrates at 60 kDa. Recommended Western blot usage is 1:500–1:2,000. Formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.
