Anti-CHEK1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets CHEK1 and is provided unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 148–307 of human Chk1 (NP_001265.2). Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 56 kDa.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the antibody is purified by affinity purification.
