Anti-CHD4 Antibody

This mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody targets CHD4 (Chromodomain Helicase DNA-binding protein 4), the catalytic ATPase subunit of the NuRD (Nucleosome Remodeling and Deacetylase) complex, also referred to in the literature as Mi-2β. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent, it is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation workflows on human samples. CHD4 contributes to ATP-dependent nucleosome sliding, histone deacetylase recruitment, and transcriptional repression at target loci, and is implicated in DNA damage response signaling, cell-cycle progression, and pluripotency-associated gene regulation.
