Anti-CHD3 (C-terminus) Antibody

Produced as a mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent from Antibodies.com, this antibody recognizes the C-terminal region of CHD3 (Chromodomain Helicase DNA-binding protein 3), the catalytic ATPase subunit of the NuRD chromatin-remodeling complex. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl in a vial and has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), enabling detection of CHD3 in studies of nucleosome sliding, histone-deacetylase recruitment, transcriptional repression, and Mi-2/NuRD-complex function across human, mouse, and rat samples.

CHD3, also known as Mi-2α, drives ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling at gene promoters, and antibody binding to its C-terminus allows monitoring of full-length protein levels and subcellular localization by immunodetection.
