A mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody raised against the C-terminal region of CHD3, supplied by Antibodies.com at 100 µl per vial. CHD3 (also called Mi-2 alpha) is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler and a core catalytic subunit of the NuRD complex, where it contributes to nucleosome sliding and helps recruit histone deacetylase activity to target loci. This unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on human samples, and is provided in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, and 0.2% sodium azide. Laboratories investigating gene regulation, chromatin remodeling, or Mi-2/NuRD-mediated transcriptional repression can use this antibody to probe CHD3 expression and subcellular localization across cultured cell lines and primary tissue sections.
