Anti-CHD2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a primary antibody raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting CHD2. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-223 of human CHD2 (NP_001036037.1). The target CHD2 is reported at a molecular weight of 260 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
