Anti-CHD1 Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1600 to the C-terminus of human CHD1 (NP_001261.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa. The formulation contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500 and IHC 1:100–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
