Anti-CHAF1B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CHAF1B, also referred to as p60 CAF1/MPP7. The unconjugated IgG reagent is generated in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 270-559 of human p60 CAF1 (accession NP_005432.1), corresponding to a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
