Anti-CHAF1A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CHAF1A (chromatin assembly factor 1 subunit A), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot on human samples. The target protein p150 CAF1 has a molecular weight of 160 kDa and shows tissue-enhanced expression in bone marrow, with subcellular localization in the nucleoplasm and cytosol.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human p150 CAF1 (NP_005474.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
