Anti-cGKII Antibody

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human cGKII sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 126, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of cGKII protein. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for standard immunodetection workflows without the need for secondary conjugation steps. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples. Shipping is performed at 4 °C; upon receipt the vial should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
