Anti-CGB7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against CGB7, also referred to as hCG beta. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It is indicated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–165 of human CGB7 (NP_149133.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 18 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is indicated. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
