Anti-CGB5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Choriogonadotropin subunit beta 3 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) on Human samples. It is supplied unconjugated, with an IgG isotype, in liquid form.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 20-165 of human CGB5 (NP_000728.1) as immunogen, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The concentration is reported as lot-specific.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
