Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets CGB (D131), a region of the choriogonadotropin subunit beta protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101–150 of human CGB and detects endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
Purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody exceeds 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, with a molecular weight of approximately 18 kDa.
